Thank you for stopping by!
Ha’lo my name is Cliff and I would personally like
to thank you for visiting my Thank you page and
listening to my story.
Thank you very much.
Some people refer to me as a survivor. Either
way… many attempts have been made on my
life but by the grace and power of The Living
God, I survived them all...
[the dent on the top of my skull from a deathblow
to the head when I was only two years old, my left
eye looking off to one side from a blow to the head
when I was an infant, the fully blown burst appendix
for thirty four years – three amputations, including both legs below the knee – being shot three times – beaten endlessly – one night bludgeoned for twenty minutes, beaten until my heart and lungs stopped, literally beaten until I was dead – stabbed three times – facing Italian hitmen – assassins imported out of New York – crazed raging drug lords with machine guns - mad screaming Islamic Muslim terrorists and going to a gunfight without a gun every night for eleven thousand nights (just to mention a few highlights)].
My appendix burst when I was only a little six year old boy and mother refused to spend the money back then to save my life yelling at me endlessly that there was nothing wrong and I needed to learn to live with it. Well... I did what mommy said and thirty four years later coming out from under her brainwashing, the peritonitis from my burst appendix was eating my flesh and bones... but this was only one of mother's many attempts on my life when I was little.
The scriptures state it is appointed for a man once to die… that is appointed... not set in stone. According to doctors, paramedics, members of law enforcement and others… I have been murdered five times [once in 1964 at fourteen years of age the doctor said I had been dead for an hour and twenty minutes]. Then much to my murderer’s [and others] horror… my Dad [The Living God] would bring me back to life again and I would get up and talk to them and it wasn’t always just about Jesus [grin].
The promises from my Dad [God] in the
following passage of scripture was
underlined in my Bible when I was just an
eleven year old little boy.
Jesus said to her, I am [Myself] the
Resurrection and the Life. Whoever
believes in (adheres to, trusts in, and relies
on) Me, although he may die, yet he shall
live; And whoever continues to live and
believes in (has faith in, cleaves to, and relies on) Me shall never [actually] die at all.
Do you believe this? She said to Him, Yes, Lord, I have believed [I do believe] that You are the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One), the Son of God, [even He] Who was to come into the world. [It is for Your coming that the world has waited.] [John 11:25-27 (Amplified)]
But it seems most of Gods promises require action on our part as in the following verse. It may only be the requirement of faith but our action is still required…
For with the heart a person believes (adheres to, trusts in, and relies on Christ) and so is justified (declared righteous, acceptable to God), and with the mouth he confesses (declares openly and speaks out freely his faith) and confirms
[his] salvation. [Romans 10:10 (Amplified)]
These are promises I am very thankful for.
The picture above... shows how sick my body was
from the burst appendix with peritonitis in 100% of
my body head to toe but even though a doctor
diagnosed me terminal in 1991 stating my death was
imminent and another doctor put it in writing in 2001
stating I could no longer walk or work, you can see
that I am still doing just that… not just alive but
walking and working.
The medical journal states peritonitis never comes
out yet 26 years after they said I had it, I no longer test having it. Go figure that!
Being challenged in life is inevitable... Being defeated is optional.
I have chosen not to be defeated... what have you chosen?

Until the next time I put ink on paper,
Quitting is another possibility in life… one I’ve never quite been able to bend over for.
